Final Game?

I have to say I'm not really watching the WS games but I do read about them. It sounds like today could be the final game of the season. I find I have to root for the fish to beat the hankies.
Either way, I'll be looking forward to 2004 Spring Training. The Giants will once again have many new faces.

Playoff Blues

OK, that one hurt. It felt a little like the World Series last year.
I don't agree that the better team one but the fish did everything right and the Giants didn't. You can question the decisions about who played in game 4 but I don't think that mattered like the lack of clutch hitting and the way the breaks fell. The last two games could have easily gone the other way and were very dramatic.
I enjoyed the season very much and it was all good for the game and entertainment. Not getting to see a single Giants playoff game on TV did Piss me off. I may need to Scream a few curses first to get it out of my system! I do hate Florida as a state too...
It will be interesting to see how Bonds and Schmidt do in the MVP and Cy Young decisions.
I think I will take a break from sports for a while but I can see going to spring training next year.
