Giants get OF Mohr from Twins

NEW ORLEANS (AP) -- The San Francisco Giants acquired outfielder Dustan Mohr from the Minnesota Twins on Monday for a player to be named.
Mohr hit .250 with 10 homers, 36 RBIs and 50 runs for the AL Central champions last year. He batted .272 with eight homers and 23 RBIs while serving as the primary right fielder before Minnesota traded for Shannon Stewart on July 25.
Mohr hit .500 (7-for-14) with four runs and two doubles in the 2002 playoffs.
He has played 186 games in right field, 64 in left and 12 in center."

Sheffield and Schilling said goodbye to the National league this week and the Giants won't miss them! They'll get to see plenty of each other however in the heat of another Red Sox/Yankees race.
